Come experience the spirit of aloha! Lotus Yoga presents a week in paradise with Maia, Adi & Nicole.
Lotus Yoga’s annual retreat takes place this year on the Big Island of Hawaii, at Kalani Oceanside Retreat near Hilo. Kalani sits on 120 acres of sustainable agricultural land including tropical forest, preserved heritage sites, and organic orchards. The retreat center offers a sauna, pool, and hot tubs, as well as spacious activity rooms and lovely accommodations. Nearby are pristine beaches, beautiful waterfalls, and Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park!
The week will include daily yoga sessions, as well as trips to nearby beaches and an optional side trip to the volcanoes. Meals are served three times a day and feature local fruits, veggies, and fish (with extensive vegetarian options). Healthy snacks are available anytime.
Kids are very welcome! Nicole will be leading kids’ and family classes in a space separate from the adults. These classes will feature yoga, meditation, art, and games, as well as other fun and educational activities. Families will have an opportunity to practice yoga together every afternoon in a playful interactive class. Two nights of childcare will also be offered so parents can enjoy time together.

The listed cost includes yoga, lodging, all meals and fruit snacks at Kalani, and 2 nights of free childcare.
