
New to Yoga? Here is where to begin!
We are a very welcoming and inclusive yoga studio. Our teachers and students are friendly and warm. We are excited to introduce you to the many benefits of yoga!
Every new student, whether beginning or experienced, should plan to arrive ten minutes before your first class, so that you can fill out a short information form, familiarize yourself with the studio and let the instructor know any necessary information to ensure a positive experience.
What class should I take?
If you are brand new to yoga, the following ongoing “drop in” classes are a great way to begin:
Basics classes are a great way new students to develop a solid understanding of Yoga practice.
If you are new to Yoga; and are in good shape and athletic, you may want to start in an All Levels Yoga class. They are taught in stages so that students may find their appropriate level and work within it. These classes are more challenging physically.
Gentle & Restorative classes are gentler options; they are appropriate for new students as well as experienced students seeking a gentle practice.
Whichever class you begin in, please take the time to introduce yourself to the teacher as a student new to Yoga.

Facilities:
The studio is equipped with yoga mats & props that are cleaned regularly however, you are always welcome to bring your own mat and props. We have a variety of mats available for purchase. Purchasing a personal mat is more hygienic.
- If you tend to sweat heavily, please bring a towel and purchase your own mat or yoga rug.
- We have a changing room & provide cubbies for your bags.
