Have fun practicing yoga as a family!
Practicing yoga as a family is a wonderful way to strengthen connections, set healthy living standards, and develop calming strategies and other learning tools for life in a FUN interactive way! Family Yoga Adventures are most appropriate for 2 – 6 year olds with at least one adult companion, but the more the merrier!
